2024 WNBA Finals: Liberty vs. Lynx schedule, highlights, more

Courtney Williams scored 23 points to lead the No. 2 seed Minnesota Lynx to a 95-93 overtime victory over the top seed New York Liberty in Game 1 of the WNBA Finals in Brooklyn on Thursday.

The Lynx, trailing by as many as 18 points, became the first team in WNBA postseason history to win a game after trailing by more than 15 points in the final five minutes of regulation.

Game 2 is Sunday in Brooklyn (3 p.m. ET, ABC). Every game will be broadcast on ESPN networks.
