According to Belle Fraser of the SALT LAKE TRIBUNE, fans of the Utah Hockey Club can “represent their new team with season one jerseys as early as November.” The team's uniforms for at least the 2024-25 season will feature “Utah” on the front of the chest. The jersey colors are “Rock Black”, “Salt White” and “Mountain Blue” and take up “aspects from the state”. Utah's sweaters – and those of all NHL teams – are made in collaboration with Fanatics, the e-commerce, fan apparel and jersey supplier. The process of designing and producing a new jersey “typically takes around 18 months” (SALT LAKE TRIBUNE, Aug. 21).

Rumor mill: In Utah, Brogan Houston noted that Holland was on Thursday for training camp at the Utah HC training facility in Kearns, Utah on Friday, even though he was “not in the stands with” GM Bill Armstrong and the rest of the front office staff. Houston reported that the team told him that Holland was there “as a guest” and was “a friend to many in the organization.” Holland had “not yet been hired by the team, at least at this point.” Holland confirmed that he was “just visiting.” Houston: “But here's the interesting thing: He was wearing a Utah Hockey Club jacket.” Holland also said that his son Brad Holland, a former assistant GM who parted ways with the Oilers last week, “hasn't made a decision about it yet where he should take his talents next” (DESERET NEWS, September 20th).
