Does Vince McMohan still own shares in WWE?

Vince McMohan has resigned as chairman of WWE TKO Holdingsthe parent company of the Stamford-based promotion. However, in most cases, individuals still hold shares and interests in the company despite stepping down as CEO.
Is that the case with Vince McMohan? Is he still involved in WWE and TKO Holdings? Here's everything we know about his current status at the company.

How much stock does Vince McMohan own in WWE?

Currently, Vince McMohan does not own shares in WWE or TKO Holdings. He ended his association with the company earlier this year after stepping down as CEO.
When he was part of the company, he owned a controlling stake in the company and when he sold his shares, the price of each unit was $96.76 and he earned a whopping $766 million for selling his 8, 09 million shares he held in TKO Holdings.

Following these sales, it is unlikely that he owns shares in the company at this time. All of this comes to light after Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against him on a plethora of charges. Although the charges have not yet been heard in court, Mr McMohan claimed he wanted to step down from his leadership position because he respected the company and the world of professional wrestling as a whole.

Much of his journey was featured in the Mr. McMohan documentary series on Netflix. But Vince himself has claimed that the documentary wasn't actually true, so viewers are advised to take it with a grain of salt.
It is obvious that he is not affiliated with the company in any way. All decisions made in WWE are made by Triple H and Nick Khan.
In addition, his daughter Stephanie McMohan is also significantly involved in decision-making in the company. Vince was at the helm of WWE for more than four decades and his retirement marks the beginning of a new era for the company.
