Here you will find the latest injury news and match insights for the coming weekend.

Saturday September 28th

Newcastle vs Manchester City

In the matinee game of GW-6, Newcastle hosts defending champions Man City. Despite Newcastle's solid home form, they are without key striker Alexander Isak due to a toe injury, which could limit the Magpies' attacking threat.

City playmaker Kevin De Bruyne remains out and midfield engine Rodri is out for the season, which could give Newcastle a chance to score. However, Erling Haaland is in sensational form and is leading the race for the Golden Boot with ten goals so far.

Everton vs Crystal Palace

Everton desperately need a win but host an in-form Palace team. The Toffees are likely to be without Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Nathan Patterson and James Tarkowski, while Palace have injury concerns of their own with Chris Richards, Chadi Riad and Matheus Franca. Trevoh Chalobah could be in the running and bolster his defensive options.

Brentford vs West Ham

Brentford's injury list continues to grow, with Christian Norgaard (knee), Rico Henry (knee) and Mathias Jensen (calf) still out.

Wolves vs Liverpool

Wolves face a huge task against an in-form Liverpool. Wolves are missing Yerson Mosquera and Toti Gomes remains questionable, leaving them vulnerable at the back.

Ipswich Town vs Aston Villa

Ipswich have struggled since returning to the Premier League and now host a Villa team brimming with confidence.

The Villans have some long-term absentees such as Tyrone Mings and Boubacar Kamara, but Ollie Watkins and Moussa Diaby should have enough firepower to get past the Tractor Boys.
