Can I get a refund? What if it's delayed?

Would you like to receive a ticket refund for the Pilgrimage Music and Cultural Festival?

Festival organizers announced Saturday morning that the start of the festival would be delayed by two hours due to rain and gates would open at 2 p.m. Anyone who has a parking permit can enter the parking spaces at 1:00 p.m

“We experienced a lot of rain yesterday and are doing everything we can to prepare the site for the festival,” festival organizers said in an Instagram post around 9:30 a.m. Saturday.

Festival-goers expressed concerns on social media about the festival being delayed or canceled as Post-Tropical Cyclone Helene moved across Tennessee. So can you get a refund even if the festival is still running?

The simple answer: No, unless the festival is actually canceled (and Perhaps when it shifts).

According to the official Pilgrimage website, here are the basics of ticket refunds.

  • If the event is canceled or postponed, the organizers will contact you to inform you of the procedures for refunding or exchanging tickets. However, if the event has been postponed or rescheduled, there may be limitations on refunds. All of this will be communicated by the festival organizers where appropriate.

  • All sales are final when purchased through Front Gate Tickets, the ticket provider for the festival. Visit FrontGateTickets.com/legal/terms-of-use to review the Terms of Use and Sales you were required to accept when purchasing your Pilgrim Pass.
