Lady Gaga gets real about Harley Quinn

Harley Quinn is the latest character that Lady Gaga has become involved in, and now she says she's not sure if she can get out of it.

During the British premiere of Joker: Folie à DeuxThe A star is born The actress considered letting go of her DC role.

“I don’t really know if I did because I made a whole record about her,” she said Sky News.

Her attachment to the character and the film as a whole can be seen in the announcement that she will be releasing an accompanying album.

“I think the whole experience has inspired me through and through,” she continued.

“It was so amazing to get to know this character through the music, through the script, through the dance and through all this great collaboration.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Lady said she had a good relationship with her co-star Joaquin Phoenix during filming.

“We constantly asked each other for tips,” she added. “We kept asking each other, 'What do you think about this?' back and forth… I loved working with Joaquin.

“It was never a boring day at the office. It was always super interesting, it was fun,” the Grammy winner added. “As dark as the world of Joker is, we laughed a lot on set and were always as organic as possible.”
