No. 10 Michigan and Washington meet again on Saturday, just nine months after competing in Houston for the 2023 national championship.

This will be the first Big Ten matchup between the two programs and the fifth at Husky Stadium.

What you should know

The Wolverines snapped a 24-game winning streak in Big Ten play during the regular season but have yet to play on the road this season. The Huskies have just two starters returning from last year's team that finished 15-1, but first-year head coach Jedd Fisch has been active in the transfer portal to fill spots on both sides of the ball. That includes signing Mississippi State quarterback Will Rogers (74.8 completion%, 1,354 yards, 10 touchdowns, 0 interceptions) and ranked Arizona running back Jonah Coleman No. 11 in the nation in yards per carry (7.24) and No. 1 with 27 plays of at least 10 yards.

Michigan is still looking for more consistency on offense, ranking 116th in total yards and 130th in passing yards entering Saturday. It will face a Washington defense that is ranked No. 6 nationally against the pass. The Wolverines are also banged up along the offensive line, with left tackle Myles Hinton and center Dominick Giudice questionable to play.

Michigan leads the all-time series against Washington 9-5.
