MLB announces full schedule for NLDS

MLB has announced the full schedule for the National League Division Series between the Mets and Phillies, which begins tomorrow afternoon. The series follows a thrilling Wild Card round in which the Mets defeated the Brewers in three games. The NL East champion Phillies, meanwhile, last played on Sunday after earning a bye week with the second-best record in the National League.

As previously announced, the Phillies will host Game 1 on Saturday, October 5th and Game 2 on Sunday, October 6th at Citizens Bank Park. First pitch is scheduled for 4:08 p.m. The new news affects games at Citi Field on Tuesday, October 8th and Wednesday, October 9th. First pitch for both Mets home games in this series is scheduled for 5:08 p.m. Game 5 on Friday, October 11th at Citizens Bank Park (if required) will have a first pitch at 4:08 p.m.

A full series of afternoon games in the playoffs is pretty rare, but since the other NLDS features two West Coast teams (the Dodgers and the Padres), that's not too much of a surprise. The full list can be found below:
