Update on Longhorns' place in college polls

As the chaos surrounding college football unfolded in Week 6, Texas football watched from afar, safe from the misfortune experienced by some of the best teams in the country during open week.

The Longhorns remained No. 1 in the updated LBM USA Coaches Poll, surpassing Alabama to reclaim their spot at the top of the new AP Poll released Sunday.

UPDATED LEVELS: Texas football midseason grades: Are Quinn Ewers and Arch Manning among the A's for the No. 1 Horns?

Alabama was one of four top-10 teams out this week. Tennessee lost at Arkansas, while Missouri was crushed by Texas A&M and Michigan suffered a loss to Washington.
