NBA fan banned from Suns-Lakers game

The Los Angeles Lakers and Phoenix Suns meet on Sunday evening in Palm Springs, California.

The Lakers are playing their second preseason game, while the Suns are on the floor for the first time this season.

Most preseason games don't get much attention, but the fact that LeBron and Bronny James did Story I kept a lot of eyes on the competition.

A fan was ejected from the game in the second half.

Via Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times: “The action ends when a fan is ejected for attempting to shoot the ball behind the basket. After a delay (including a playful request from LeBron to throw it away), the fan fought back as security attempted to escort him out of the building.”

Many fans reacted.

@ohnohedidnt24: “Delay in the Lakers game as a fan appears to have been ejected.”

LeBron and the Lakers had a lot of laughs about it on the bench.”

Complex Sports: “KD after a fan is ejected 🤣

“GET THE F*CK OUT” 😭😭😭”

@guythanosddd: “What it’s like to be a Dodgers fan in October”

@LADEig: “A fan was ejected from the game for attempting to shoot the ball behind the basket 💀

Even LeBron signaled him to get out 🤣”

@Sabali_fornow: “Why is he getting kicked out for this lol?”

The Lakers will play their first game of the regular season on October 22nd when they host Julius Randle and the Minnesota Timberwolves in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, the Suns will open the year with a game against James Harden and the Los Angeles Clippers on October 23 in California.
