Olly Stone is unlikely to play the second Test against Pakistan

NEW DELHI: It is unclear whether Olly Stone will be ready for the second Test in Multan In EnglandHis tour of Pakistan is scheduled as he is scheduled to return home on Wednesday after his wedding this weekend.
At the end of the English summer, Stone made his first appearance in the format in three years, taking seven wickets in two Test matches against Sri Lanka.
For the first Test in Multan, England chose Brydon Carse as their pace option, meaning Stone could leave earlier than expected.
Stone's return date is still uncertain and will depend on how England's fast bowlers perform after the first Test. But he is unlikely to play as the second Test starts on Tuesday and he is due to get married on Saturday.
In the first Test, Chris Woakes, England's seamers, Gus Atkinsonand Carse; Matthew Potts was also included in the team.
Since Stone was not listed in recent central contracts and his wedding was scheduled well before his return, English management granted Stone's request for a leave of absence.
Ahead of the tour, Stone spoke to England's chief executive Rob Key and coach Brendon McCullum about his plans and they decided he should go home to get married.
“We booked the wedding on the basis that I only played for Notts at the time,” Stone recently told the BBC, as quoted by ESPNcricinfo.
“Jess said she was happy to postpone the wedding and I insisted on keeping it where it was if possible. For what she gave up and sacrificed for me, I thought the least I could do was try to make it work,” he added.
