Eagles vs. Saints – All-time NFL touchdown scorers for Week 3 (Bet on Jalen Hu

The Philadelphia Eagles find themselves in a difficult position in Week 3 as they face the undefeated New Orleans Saints, who have scored the most points in the NFL over the past two weeks.

Philly also scored a lot of points, but Jalen Hurts and his team fell short of expectations in Week 2 for a number of reasons – one of which was poor execution on both sides of the ball in the final two minutes.

Can they recover in week 3?

I'm betting on a few of the Eagles finding the end zone, and I've also made an interesting selection for New Orleans star Alvin Kamara to score the touchdown after finding the end zone in Week 2 against Dallas.

Opportunities via DraftKings Sportsbook.

DeVonta Smith anytime TD (+100)

With AJ Brown potentially missing a second straight game, DeVonta Smith is a prime touchdown candidate against the Saints at any time.

Against Atlanta, Smith scored his first touchdown of the season. He had the highest number of passes on his team with ten and converted them into seven catches for 76 yards.

Smith now has seven catches in each of the first two games of the season and should play a big role again in Week 3. If the Eagles fall behind, Smith is even more valuable at +100.

Alvin Kamara 2+ touchdowns (+260)

Let's have some fun on Sunday!

Alvin Kamara reached the end zone four (!!) times in Week 2 against the Dallas Cowboys and now faces a weak matchup against an Eagles team that has been unable to stop the run this season.

Philly is allowing an NFL-minimum 6.7 yards per carry through two games, but has only allowed one rushing touchdown. Still, I expect Kamara to have plenty of work to do in this game.

Kamara had 20 touches in Week 1 and 22 in Week 2, carrying the ball 35 times in those two games. He's worth a shot in this prop, as his chance of scoring in time is -220.

Jalen Hurts Anytime TD (+115)

This is a pure volume play for the Eagles quarterback, as Hurts had 13 carries in Week 1 and Week 2, rushing for 33 and 85 yards respectively. He found the end zone in Week 2 and was in the game in Week 1 before dropping a snap on an attempted tush push.

Hurts is a touchdown machine, scoring 10, 13 and 15 touchdowns over the past three seasons.

At +115, I would prefer him to Saquon Barkley (-160) due to the prices.
