Horrifying videos show deadly tornadoes sweeping through Florida from Hurricane Milton.

The storm made landfall Wednesday evening near Siesta Key on the state's west coast as a Category 3 hurricane with sustained winds of 120 mph, the National Hurricane Center reported.

Some footage shows trees ripped from the ground and another tornado spotted by a person traveling on Interstate 75 from Fort Lauderdale.

Mid-Thursday morning, the National Weather Service reported that it was conducting field surveys for several tornadoes across the state.

At a Wellington home, a resident recounts how a tornado siren went off, then ripped through her neighborhood, destroying her porch and flooding her pool with debris, including branches and parts of the house.

Another spooky scene was filmed in a residential area owned by a person in Palm Beach.

“Yeah, I don’t know if it’s coming,” says someone recording the video as a dark sky looms in the distance.

Tornado spotted along Florida highway as Hurricane Milton approaches

The National Weather Service in Miami has confirmed at least four tornadoes in South Florida as Hurricane Milton approached the peninsula.

According to USA TODAY's power outage data, millions of homes and businesses were in darkness Thursday. The storm spawned tornadoes across the Sunshine State and several deaths were reported in the state.

As of Thursday afternoon, at least seven people had died as a result of Milton. Two deaths were confirmed in St. Petersburg, one in Volusia County and four more were confirmed in St. Lucie County on Florida's east coast following tornadoes there.

Neighborhoods were flooded, homes were destroyed and the roof of Tropicana Field was torn off.
