Andrew Garfield raves about the predictive power of Heath Ledger

Andrew Garfield says Heath Ledger was good at another thing besides acting: predicting the right future.

On the Happy, sad, confused Podcast, the Amazing Spider-Man Star said the late Star knew The Dark Knight would succeed.

“He was so smug about it.” The social network The actor recalled his reaction when he met him after he finished filming the DC movie.

“I asked myself, 'How did that go?' and he said, 'Yeah, it's really good,'” the year-old recalled his response to his work during filming.

Although Heath did not live to see the success of his film, he died of an accidental drug overdose six months before its premiere.

But his prediction came true to the letter. The dark night became a box office hit and earned him a posthumous Oscar.

It is important to mention here that the duo worked on the 2009s The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.

In the same podcast, Andrew suggested looking up to him for inspiration.

“He was so free and so wild and kind of dangerous on set, in a way that was inspiring and spontaneous. He said before every take or before every take in every scene, 'Let's have some fun with this.'”
