NBA star Anthony Edwards is seeking paternity and child support from Lil Baby's ex Ayesha Howard

NBA star Anthony Edwards is taking Ayesha Howard, who shares a child with Lil Baby, to court to confirm whether or not he fathered a child with her, Page Six has exclusively learned.

Court documents obtained by Page Six on Thursday show that the 23-year-old Minnesota Timberwolves player has filed for paternity and child support.

He wants the court to require genetic testing for him, Howard and the minor child in question.

“If a genetic test reveals that the applicant is the father, the applicant shall request an order establishing paternity of the minor child,” according to documents filed in Georgia in September.

A status conference in this case is scheduled for November 13th.

Page Six reached out to Howard for comment on the filing but did not immediately receive a response.

The influencer, who goes by the nickname “Little Ms. Golden” on Instagram and has more than half a million followers, has not posted anything about a recent pregnancy or the birth of a child.

However, she has been mysteriously absent from her profile for the past few months. Her last post was shared on May 21 and showed her in a neon green outfit that showed off her toned body.

Howard already has a young son named Jason with Lil Baby, and she frequently features him in her online posts.

Edwards, for his part, is much more reserved when it comes to his children, but he is rumored to have recently given birth to at least three children in a short period of time.

According to People, the Olympic basketball player gave birth to a baby girl with his girlfriend, Shannon, on March 2. He reportedly left a Timberwolves game during halftime to attend the delivery.

Shannon, whose last name the outlet did not reveal, also has an older son with rapper Chief Keef.

Then in July, the Atlanta Black Star reported that a woman who called herself “Ally D” on social media claimed that Edwards “had a baby girl before our son, literally a month before.”

“I was a nun, but a great mother and a cool friend. I'll let you talk whatever you want to say for MONTHS. I am such a peaceful mother. I even prayed for the other children because at the end of the day they were my sons' siblings. “, she wrote in a now-expired Instagram story.

“Ally D” then claimed, “I've been harassed and spoken so badly about because of a person that I really don't even talk about and don't care about at all.”

She also claimed that the professional baller, who is one of the stars of the Netflix sports series Starting 5, gave birth to a third child with a third woman this year.

“Our son is 8 months old… The children were not born at the same time, just a few months apart. A little girl in September, then our son in October, then he just had one,” “Ally D” reportedly wrote via Instagram.

It is unclear whether the third child she spoke about is the child at issue in Edward and Howard's paternity lawsuit.

Page Six reached out to Edwards' attorney for comment but did not immediately receive a response.
