Kanye West was sued by his ex-assistant for drug abuse and sexual harassment

Kaney “Ye” West is being sued by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta for allegedly drugging and sexually abusing her during a studio session hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, according to California court documents.

Pisciotta had already sued the rapper in June, accusing him of sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination. She also sued him and his various companies for fraud, unpaid wages and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

According to the amended complaint filed Oct. 8 and obtained by TMZPisciotta claims she and her former artist management client, who is not named, were invited to one of Combs' studio sessions. Shortly after she arrived, “she and others present were served drinks, followed by the announcement that everyone would have to drink if they wanted to stay,” the lawsuit says.

Pisciotta drank and “after a few small sips of the beverage, which was poured by a studio assistant at the direction of Kanye West, aka Ye, and then served to her by Kanye West, Plaintiff suddenly began to feel disoriented,” the filing states.

She claims to have woken up the next day remembering almost nothing of what had happened the night before, except that she felt “immense shame and embarrassment.”

For years, West's former assistant thought she was just cheating and making a fool of herself at a work event. Much later, she says, the rapper allegedly brought up the night in question, told her that they “kind of got together,” the lawsuit says, and provided details about what happened between them.

While the amended complaint names Combs as a co-host of the event, Pisciotta is not currently accusing the former music mogul – who is now in prison awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges – of any wrongdoing.

The Hollywood Reporter has reached out to a representative for Kanye West.

According to the first lawsuit, the OnlyFans model claimed that her former employer sexually harassed her on multiple occasions.

One of the text messages he sent her allegedly said: “See, my problem is that I want to fuck, but after fucking I want a girl to tell me how hard they were fucked while I'm fucking her . “Then I want her to cheat on me,” the lawsuit says. In another, he allegedly wrote: “Is my dick racist? I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black asses and beat the shit out of my racist dick.”

Accordingly Rolling StonePisciotta also claimed that the rapper was “fixated on the penis size” of her partners and masturbated during phone conversations with them.

At the time, West's legal representative released a lengthy statement saying the rapper would take legal action against his former assistant, who “actively sexually pursued him to obtain employment and other material benefits, and then engaged in extortion and blackmail, when her advances were rejected.” ”

The statement continued, in part: “During her employment, Ms. Pisciotta offered (West) sex on his birthday which he declined, sent (West) unsolicited nude images and sexual narratives, and was seen twerking in the office during business hours.” Pisciotta once bragged that the best moment of her life was when she was splashed by a soccer player while texting her boss. It is well documented how Ms. Pisciotta consistently used sexual coercion to demand not only money but also material items, namely Hermès Birkin bags, a Lamborghini and an endless quest for cosmetic surgery.”
