When LaFleur says that no one really understands everything Willis has done over the past few weeks, I believe him.

What a great kid Malik Willis seems to be. The more interviews I hear about him, the more I like him. Humble, kind, grateful and respectful. I can see why his teammates and coaches like him. 2-0 and he's playing so well. Has any reserve player in Packers history played so well?

Well, he still has a long way to go to reach Zeke Bratkowski's territory. Or even Matt Flynn's reach. I don't disagree with anything you said, but I must confess that it's more challenging to write funny, eye-catching stuff about him when he's so direct at the podium. He's been vocal on some issues, so I've done my best to Yesterday's Rapid Reaction column to record this. But nothing fazes this guy.

Is Malik too high for the backup role for the Packers?

His rookie contract runs until the 2025 season.

I thought Malik Willis looked very relaxed most of the time. The playbook seemed quite a bit more open compared to last week. How much difference does a week make considering he's only been in the UK for three weeks? Thanks.

Every practice, every meeting, every study session is invaluable to him under these circumstances. An extra week probably felt like a month to him.

How cool was it that because of our past rushing success, we had play action set up on the first play of the game? I expected that and it really made me smile.

I also thought the early zone reads really put the Titans in trouble. Willis barely did any of that last week because the traditional running game was so dominant. Tennessee eventually took it from him, but the defense didn't seem prepared for Willis to use his legs the way he did.

I know Mr. LaFleur doesn't care, but can we get the final two game films in the hands of Coach of the Year voters? In a league where excuses can be used as currency for failure, our coach never resorts to that. Roll up his sleeves, get to work, take the blame and spread the glory. That's got to impress and inspire the players.

Undoubtedly that is true, but mentioning COY in Week 3 is a bit much.

Mike, one game is a really small sample size, but while Levi's talent with the arm, his frame and his physicality are obvious, Willis made better decisions with the ball. How much of that can be attributed to game planning, protection and other external factors and how much of that is down to each individual player?

Impossible to say. To be honest, I don't know Levis at all. I know Willis has been a cool guy since he got here, and they've developed game plans that don't require him to be a superstar. Pass protection plays a big part in that, too. As LaFleur said after the game, what the Packers are asking Levis to do is tough for any quarterback, as is learning on the fly for him.

I continue to be impressed with RB Emanuel Wilson. He's a lot faster than you'd think and just seems to make the yards. What did you see from him in the Tennessee game?

I liked what Wilson brought to the game. Patience, drive, vision. He showed all of that in the opportunities he got. For this young man, opportunity knocked and he answered.

So, does Preston Smith owe Rashan Gary a set of steak knives or does he have to wear Rashan's helmet at practice or something for his offside penalty that negated Rashan's sack? What team rule (unspoken or otherwise) applies when one player's mistake negates a great play by a teammate?

I don't know what kind of mock court will be set up, if any, but Gary will be allowed to keep the upper hand over Preston for a while.
