Saturday game with Cincinnati as scheduled; Hurricane Relief Efforts, Gameday Operations Updates Announced – UCF Athletics

ORLANDO- Saturday's Big 12 game between the UCF Knights (3-2, 1-1 Big 12) and the Cincinnati Bearcats (3-2, 1-1) will be played as scheduled, with kickoff set for 3:30 p.m. ET at FBC Mortgage Stadium scheduled on ESPN2.

Due to Hurricane Milton's impact on Orlando and surrounding areas, the UCF Athletics Association also announced its hurricane relief efforts as well as updates to game operations, parking and festivities for Saturday's game.

Hurricane relief efforts:
In partnership with Knights Pantry, fans are encouraged to bring non-perishable items to IOA Plaza (opposite Gates 2-5) or contribute to emergency relief for our UCF family.

Suggested donation items include:

  • Bottled water
  • Shelf-stable, protein-rich products (canned meat and fish, peanut butter, bars, vegan protein sources, etc.)
  • Travel or disposable toiletries
  • tin opener

In the stadium:

  • It is also possible to donate using the Emergency Relief QR codes located throughout the stadium and on the video board during the game
  • Moment of support before the game
  • In-game first responder detections

Matchday adjustments due to Milton's influence:

Park

  • All campus parking lots, including Gold Zone Village and Gold Zone Campus, opens at 11:30 a.m
  • Memory Mall and Greeks on the Green return for our next home game, Saturday, October 26, against BYU.

Shuttles

  • Park and Ride: opens 4 hours before kick-off
  • ADA shuttle: opens 4 hours before kickoff

IOA Plaza Activities: Natasha Bedingfield's concert, part of the Tailgate Concert Series presented by Corona, will now take place at a future game.

Students: A limited number of student tickets (pink) are still available for Saturday's game. If you have not yet applied for your student ticket, click here. When all student tickets are distributed, UCF Athletics will open standby passes (blue). Gates open 90 minutes before kick-off (student tickets are guaranteed until 30 minutes before kick-off).
