Last night in New York City, the singer and actress continued her all-black trend with an elegant ensemble that dominated the room (or at least the sidewalk she was walking on). For a night on the town, Gomez wore a black ruffled top with rosette detail – a throwback to her previous obsession with style– as well as tailored high-waisted trousers. A thin black leather belt with a gold buckle completed her look while she paired it with a long blazer jacket.

In keeping with her monochrome theme, she accessorized with a small black Yves Saint Laurent handbag and bottomed with a pair of pointed patent leather pumps. A pair of gold and diamond rings added some sparkle to her outfit, as did a dangling pair of diamond earrings. The star added an extra dose of glamor with sweeping black eyeliner and a glossy pink lip, and wore her hair in bouncy curls.

The night before, Gomez wore another blazer look, but this time she opted to wear the outerwear as a minidress. She buttoned a black bodycon blazer dress over a white ruffled shirt dress by Francesca Miranda, creating a look that proved she was a veteran of the press tour. She accessorized her ensemble with black strappy Christian Louboutin sandals and followed her usual glamor routine.

The actor joined her later in the evening Emilia Perez Co-stars Karla Sofía Gascón and Zoe Saldaña at a SAG-AFTRA founding meeting for the film. On stage, Gomez brought out one final accessory to her look, donning a pair of red cat-eye glasses to signal her fashion seriousness.
