Early voting for the presidential election will take place October 18-29

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Early voting for the upcoming presidential election begins Friday, October 18th.

Registered voters can cast their ballots early at early voting locations in their community from October 18 to 29 (excluding Sundays). Early voting locations are open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Election day is Tuesday, November 5th.

According to the Secretary of State's Office, the following locations in the Baton Rouge metropolitan area are early voting polling locations:
