Mohamed Salah is back to his best, while Chelsea star Cole Palmer didn't have his best day and two of the Blues' best players could only play for under an hour due to health reasons.

Here are Liverpool and Chelsea's player ratings. Agree or disagree?

Chelsea player ratings vs Liverpool

Robert Sanchez: 6 — Made three saves but looked a little nervous when he came off the line and almost conceded a penalty.

Malo Gusto: 7 — Looked world class going forward, an excellent passer who made great decisions. The defensive end clouds this impression somewhat.

Levi Colwill: 6 — An adequate, unspectacular day for a solid back.

Tosin Adarabioyo (Off 53'): 4.5 — Sure, confident with the ball, but may have been sent off for an early restriction from Diogo Jota and was fixated on Curtis Jones' goal.

Reece James (Off 53'): 6.5 — A good and active return, but seemed rusty with his crosses and longer passes.

Romeo Lavia (From 53'): 8 — Fantastic return and shame about the understandable minute limit. Lavia chose all the right passes, controlled the game and won six of eight duels.

Moises Caicedo: 6.5 — Only James sent more passes into the final third.

Noni Madueke (Off 76'): 6.5 — Both Madueke and Sancho seemed somewhat unhappy with Cole Palmer in the middle of the three under Jackson. Created a very dangerous opportunity.

Jadon Sancho (Off HT): 6 – It will be interesting to see if he was healthy when he was substituted by Enzo Maresca. Wasn't bad, played directly and had five of his 26 ball contacts inside the 18's.

Cole Palmer: 5 – Took four shots but they only accounted for 0.31 xG. Maybe he's better outside, but this was a bad game for the top player.

Nicolas Jackson: 7 – His goal was very good. Otherwise, Liverpool did a good job preventing the ball from getting to the Chelsea center forward.

Subs

Pedro Neto (on HT): 7 – He started the game energetically and created three chances as one of the stars of the second half.
Renato Veiga (53rd minute): 6 — A great opportunity to equalize was missed
Benoit Badiashile (53rd minute): 7 — Very good 45 minutes, especially in possession of the ball.
Enzo Fernandez (53rd minute): 6 — Neither good nor bad in its 40 minutes.
Christopher Nkunku (76th minute): 6.5 — Only 11 ball contacts, but 7 out of 7 passes with just above cameo status.

Jackson equalized for Chelsea against Liverpool

After a VAR review, Chelsea got back on level terms thanks to Nicolas Jackson's well-timed run and finished at Anfield just minutes into the second half.

Liverpool vs Chelsea player ratings

Caoiminh Kelleher: 5.5 — Just one save and underperforming with the ball at his feet. Leaned on the long ball and didn't hit his teammates.

Andy Robertson: 7 – A quiet, strong day on the left flank, where numerous crosses found their target.

Virgil van Dijk: 6 — Relatively quiet day for the big man, who was steady but was fooled by Jackson's great run in front of goal.

Ibrahima Konate: 6 – He's been very good this year, but Sunday wasn't his best day.

Trent Alexander-Arnold (81st minute: 8 – A RealVery good performance from a player who has often been linked with Madrid in recent weeks. The right-back was constantly engaged with the Chelsea attack and made no mistake.

Ryan Gravenberch: 7 – A solid defensive performance, especially in the first 45 minutes when he was perhaps the best non-attacker on the pitch.

Curtis Jones (Off 81'): 9 — An almost perfect display, highlighted by a beautiful goal. Jones had perhaps his best and most complete performance in the Premier League.

Dominik Szoboszlai: 5 — Like his attacking midfield counterpart at Chelsea, he struggled to make an impact on the opposition's strong team.

Cody Gakpo (Off 66'): 6.5 — Active and strong, his goal would have been achieved if Salah had not started his run too early.

Mohamed Salah: 8.5 – Fantastic. One of the best in the world is almost at his best, and the danger of his shooting must be weighed against his otherworldly vision.

Diogo Jota: 6 — Seven touches of the ball in the first 30 minutes before he left due to injury. With an exaggerated reaction he almost got a penalty.

Subs

Darwin Nunez (30th minute): 8 — Aside from a few clown moments from the irascible striker, he was very positive at both ends of the pitch and made some crucial interventions.
Luis Diaz (66th minute): 6 — Wasn't bad, but never seemed ready to take over the game.
Alexis Mac Allister (81'): N/A
Joe Gomez (81st minute): N/A
