Sunday Night Football will feature the debut of Russel Wilson as the Pittsburgh Steelers' quarterback after recovering from an aggravating calf injury during training camp. It will also be Devante Adams' first game after moving to the New York Jets to reunite with Aaron Rodgers.

The Steelers' 4-2 record is a testament to how good their defense has been this season. They have allowed just 14.3 points per game so far this season (second-lowest in the NFL). This will win you games even if you have the 20th goal offense.

The Rodgers-led Jets are 2-4 and fired their head coach before last week. Now they went out and got Rodgers' favorite target from Green Bay. The quarterback and the team are running out of excuses as expectations were sky high at the start of the year. In fact, they are the 23rd scoring offense, so they were worse than the Steelers' Justin Fields-led offense.

The Jets defense pulled its weight. They have allowed the second-fewest yards per game and have the seventh-best defense (18 points per game). Defense was former head coach Robert Saleh's specialty. You have to look at how Rodgers is built and the problems he has on offense his boyseven though he says he has no say.
