What's new at Paramount+ in November 2024?

Paramount+ is still slower than most of its competitors when it comes to releasing quality originals (sorry, to be honest), but in November two of the most exciting new series all year are coming to the streamer. Is groundbreaking Countryman (November 17), the latest from the TV industry's current King Midas, Taylor Sheridan. Although there is no official connection to Sheridan's massive success Yellowstone and its offshoots, it has some DNA as it follows the oil business in West Texas, from the bullies who suck it out of the ground to the oil tycoon billionaires who profit from it. The line-up is booming too, with Billy Bob Thornton, Demi Moore and Jon Hamm headlining.

Also debuting this month on Paramount+ with Showtime The agency (November 29), an adaptation of the French thriller The office (The Bureau des Legends), one of the best spy TV shows of all time. The Paramount+ version moves the action to England, where an undercover CIA agent (Michael Fassbender) is asked to leave his undercover position and work at the London train station, where he reconnects with a former flame who complicates things very much might. Jeffrey Wright, Jodie Turner-Smith and Richard Gere also star.
