  • Crystal Palace have won just one of their last 18 Premier League games against Tottenham (D2 L15), a 3-0 home win in September 2021 under Patrick Vieira when Spurs were top of the league.

  • Tottenham have won 19 of their 30 Premier League games against Crystal Palace (D7 L4), the highest win rate against their London counterparts in the competition's history (63%).

  • Crystal Palace won five of their first seven home games in the Premier League under Oliver Glasner (D1 L1), scoring 22 goals. Since then they have been winless in four games at Selhurst Park (D2 L2) and have failed to score in three games.

  • Tottenham Hotspur have won three of their last four Premier League games (L1), as many as they have won in their last 11 games (W3 D1 L7).

  • With just three points won, this is Crystal Palace's worst overall start to a top-flight season after eight games (with three points per win, also three in 1980-81, 2013-14 and 2017-18). It is now only the second time since the 1992/93 season when they were relegated that they have failed to win one of their first eight wins in a top flight season.

  • Tottenham Hotspur have made the most runs into the opposition penalty area this Premier League season (449) and also the most overlapping runs in the final third (100). Spurs players also lead these categories individually – Dominic Solanke with 93 runs into the box and Dejan Kulusevski with 17 overlapping runs in the final third.

  • Tottenham are second only to Manchester City in the Premier League this season in shots (145), shots on goal (55), touches in the opposition penalty area (355) and successful opposition half passes (2,069). However, Spurs are at the top in passes played into the opposition penalty area (306) and expected goals (16.95).

  • Since his hat-trick against Sheffield United in October 2023 (for Arsenal), Crystal Palace striker Eddie Nketiah has played 804 minutes in the Premier League without scoring a goal. In fact, he is currently on a 30-shot streak without scoring in the competition.

  • Spurs midfielder James Maddison could make his 200th Premier League appearance in this game. Maddison ranks first in passes played into the opposition penalty area this season (72), while he has registered five assists in his last 11 games.

  • Tottenham's Son Heung-Min has been involved in 10 goals in his last 13 London derbies in the Premier League (7 goals, 3 assists). Son has scored 39 goals and assists in London derby games (27 goals, 12 assists), the fifth most of any player in Premier League history.
