FanX 2024 offers much more than just autograph sessions and celebrity photo ops. With over 250 hours of panel programming, there is always something exciting going on!

• Cosplay Contest: Show off your best cosplay and win cash prizes and the honor of being crowned one of Salt Lake's Best Cosplayers. Whether you're a beginner or a master, the competition is fierce and fans will love watching the creativity on stage.
• The World's Last Blockbuster: Immerse yourself in nostalgia with Sandi Harding, owner of the world's last remaining Blockbuster in Bend, Oregon. Experience the iconic Blockbuster scent, browse DVDs and VHS tapes, take photos with classic movie props and snag exclusive Blockbuster merchandise.
• Starship Frontier: Test your tactical and diplomatic skills by boarding the Starship Frontier! Take part in epic space battles against iconic enemies such as the Klingons, the Borg and the Dominion. Can you pass the infamous Kobayashi Maru scenario?

FanX 2024 is a family-friendly event and Kid Con offers activities and programs specifically for younger fans:

LEGO Derby Racing from Bricks & Mini Figs: Kids can race LEGO cars, take part in brick-building challenges and purchase an exclusive FanX LEGO set.

Clark Planetarium: Immerse yourself in interactive science exhibits and demonstrations that bring to life the wonders of space exploration and scientific discovery.

Maid Café: Experience a taste of anime culture at the super kawaii Maid Café. Enjoy food, drinks, live performances and photo ops with cosplayers in a fun and unique environment.

Life-sized Appa: Calling all Avatar: The Last Airbender fans! Get your photo taken with a life-size Appa created by prop maker John Marks and embrace your inner airbender.
