Al Pacino says he and Noor Alfallah are “just friends” after their night with Bill Maher.

Al Pacino's rep clarified that he and Noor Alfallah are “just friends” and “co-parents” to their one-year-old son after she was spotted spending time with Bill Maher over the weekend.

“Al and Noor have been very good friends for years and are co-parents to their son Roman,” the Godfather star's rep told People on Monday.

When the actor was also asked if he was in a relationship, he replied, “No. I have friendship (sic).”

Representatives for the 84-year-old Pacino were not immediately available to Page Six for comment.

The “Scarface” star opened up about his romantic status after Alfallah, 30, was photographed leaving the posh Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles with Maher, 68, after midnight on Sunday.

The comedian was seen driving past paparazzi in a black sedan while the mother of one sat in the passenger seat.

They appeared to be dressed in formal attire for their nighttime rendezvous.

The photos of Maher and Alfallah caused a stir as she has been dating Pacino since 2022. The two gave birth to their son Roman in June 2023.

Pacino and Alfallah are also publicly spending more time together, as they were recently spotted at Chez Mia restaurant in West Hollywood, California on Friday evening.

A few weeks earlier, Pacino attended Alfallah's 30th birthday party and helped her blow out the candles on her cake.

Despite starting a family together, the Oscar winner, who was never married, said he never felt the need to say “yes.”

“For some reason, I just didn't feel like (marriage) was ever a good fit for me,” Pacino writes in his upcoming memoir, “Sonny Boy,” per People.

The father of four children also describes marriage as “entry into the pain train.”

“Everything is a ticket for the pain train. A ticket or nothing. Are you going or not? No, I'm staying here. “I’m staying here at the train station, I can’t get any further,” he writes.

Additionally, the “Irishman” star explains that it's more important to him to find someone he can “connect with.”

Along with son Roman, Pacino shares daughter Julie (34) with ex Jan Tarrant and twins Olivia and Anton (23) with ex Beverly D'Angelo.

Alfallah has previously expressed a similar stance on marriage, sharing that she is “not the type to get married.”
