Army (5-0) Football Depth Chart vs. UAB (1-4)

The sixth Army football depth chart of the season shows no changes to the starting lineup for Saturday's home game against Alabama Birmingham, but there are four players who were changed to the replacement list.

Gone from the number two spots are cornerback Jaxon Hammond, tight end Parker Poloskey, right tackle David Hoyt and inside linebacker Baylor Newsom – Hammond is still in the game, says coach Jeff Monken, but the others are plagued by some injuries and will be game-time decisions.

In addition, free safety Stephen Nnadozie replaced the injured Gavin Shields for the second straight year after starting in Tulsa.

New players on the backup roster include tight end Teddy Williams, right tackle Henry Appleton, inside linebacker Adam Cash and cornerback Justin Weaver.

Army's two-deep position had remained very static during the opening games against Lehigh, Florida Atlantic, Rice, Temple and Tulsa.

And the long-awaited return of slot back and return specialist Tyrell Robinson may be upon us. All-star Robinson has struggled with injuries over the past two seasons, missing the first four games of the 2023 season and seeing limited action for the rest of the season. He missed all of 2024. Monken said Robinson is close to being evaluated on his play by team doctors and coaches and said there is a chance he could be back on Saturday – if so, he could be an experienced replacement for the struggling returning teams .

The Black Knights are playing for the third time this season and second game at home as a member of the American Athletic Conference after wins over Lehigh, FAU, Rice, Temple and Tulsa. The noon ET game will be televised by CBS Sports Network.
