Dak Prescott expresses his frustration with the Dallas Cowboys' recent loss

The Dallas Cowboys showed signs of life in the first half against the San Francisco 49ers, but an epic third-quarter collapse doomed Dallas in their Week 8 prime-time showdown.

The offensive line and the running game struggled again, no receivers were used except for CeeDee Lamb, the secondary was a disaster and Dak Prescott had more rash throws that led to turnovers.

It was another disaster for the Cowboys and frustration is boiling over.

After the game, Prescott echoed comments from some of his teammates.

But while Prescott has been honest about the team's disappointment over the continued losses, he isn't giving up hope that the team can turn things around.

“No one is shaken or giving up,” Prescott said. “The frustration is very great. It’s a long season.”

Against the 49ers, Prescott threw for 243 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. This season he has thrown for 1,845 yards, 10 touchdowns and eight interceptions.

The team's inability to consistently find the end zone and interceptions are a concern, especially after signing a record-breaking contract before the season that pays Prescott $60 million per year.

Sure, the people around Prescott need to step up, but he's spent a lot of money making everyone around him better. We'll see if the team finds a way to get back on track.

Next up for Dallas is a showdown against the 5-3 Atlanta Falcons on the road in Week 9.
