Sami Sheen shared some pinup photos on Instagram early Monday morning.

The 20-year-old OnlyFans model was seen wearing a pink lace top that looked like it belonged under a shirt.

The garment was cropped to show off her slender midsection, while she showed off a diamond belly piercing in faded blue jeans. Sami also wore pigtails with large hoop earrings as she bit into a churro.

The daughter of Denise Richards, 53, and Charlie Sheen, 58, was at the Texas State Fair, she noted in her caption.

This comes two months after she got her new “dream nose” following a rhinoplasty.

Sami shocked fans when she revealed she had gone under the knife to achieve her ideal nose shape. The surgery will likely be part of her family's new reality TV series.

This came after she had a breast and nose job earlier this year

Sami worked with Beverly Hills-based surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar, who specializes in what he calls the “Scarless Nose” job.

It is a closed rhinoplasty in which incisions are made inside the nose so that none of the incisions are visible from the outside. When done correctly, more natural results are achieved.

Open rhinoplasty procedures can sometimes cause scarring on the underside of the nose, particularly the columella, the strip of tissue that separates the nostrils.

A scarless rhinoplasty costs approximately between $19,000 and $24,000, and healing can take as little as a week.

As Dr. Speaking about the procedure, Dugar told DailyMail.com that he took a “finesse approach” to rhinoplasty to give patients the most natural results possible.

“The nose they should have been born with is already there.” I just want to refine it and get it out there. “I don’t want to recreate a TikTok/Instagram nose on their faces,” he explained.

Dr. Dugar estimates that the vast majority of celebrities who have had nose jobs did so using a closed, scar-free approach.

“I am part of an 80-year-old practice here in Beverly Hills performing celebrity nose jobs, and I can tell you that because of discretion, most celebrity rhinoplasty jobs are closed, scar-free rhinoplasty jobs,” he explained.

“They don't want people to know they've had a nose job.” There's still a taboo and a stigma, no matter who you are. “They want very natural results that look like they were born with it,” he continued.

“The cookie cutter, TikTok, Instagram, Turkish snub nose job, the “Barbie nose” as they call it, everyone knows you can’t be born with it.”

“So it's kind of like extremely white veneers.” It's almost like a status symbol, but everyone knows they're fakes. So the problem is: if you're an elite actor or celebrity, you don't want people to know that you have a fake nose. “You obviously want to look as good as possible, but you want to look very natural.”

As for Sami's treatment, Dr. Dugar said the model was nervous about going under the knife.

“Sammy is a beautiful girl who suffered from a droopy nose for years,” he said.

“She attended several consultations before deciding to have her surgery with me.” I know she was very afraid of surgery because she is young and is also very aware of the stigma surrounding plastic surgery.

“And as the daughter of two very famous parents, she was obviously nervous, but she was also very excited.”

Dr. Dugar said the surgery itself was “phenomenal” and he's excited for everyone to see the final results.

“It's going to be stunning and she's going to be blown away by how beautiful it is,” he gushed.

Shortly after the surgery, Sami took to TikTok to share her joy about going under the knife.

“I'm so glad I finally did this!” Thank you for everything @deepakdugarmd, you are truly the best surgeon out there!' she wrote.

Sami also admitted that she has been desperate to get a nose job for five years.

“I had to Photoshop every single photo I took because it photographed horribly,” she wrote.

“Just so saggy and too big for my face.”

Sami said she met with several surgeons before choosing Dr. Dugar opted for the procedure, which she performed on August 12th.

“It's only the second day of my recovery, but I already feel like a new woman and I'm so happy that I finally got my dream nose.”

To Dr. Dugar's previous celebrity clients include TikTok sensation Madi Monroe, adult film star Mia Khalifa and Vanderpump Rules alum Dayna Kathan.
