ESPN's weekly recap said Ohio State's 35-7 win (35-0 at garage time) “had to feel like a loss for the Buckeyes.”

Look, I'm not going to link the article to ESPN because I wouldn't give those motherfuckers a dime, let alone a click. But here's a little excerpt from their weekly college football weekend recap. You remember the weekend, right? The No. 1 team in the country, Alabama, lost to Vanderbilt for the first time in a million years. Adding to their embarrassing surprise loss was #4 Tennessee's loss to unranked Arkansas, #9 Missouri's loss to Texas A&M, #10 Michigan's loss to unranked Washington, and #11 USC's loss to unranked Minnesota. That means 5 teams in the top 11 all lost, and #8 Miami had to storm back late to win by 1 and avoid being tied for 6th. But instead of focusing on how maybe, just maybe, the SEC might be a little overrated in its weekly roundup, ESPN focused on how OHIO STATE “looked sluggish” and “it even felt like a loss for the Buckeyes.” had to”. even though they beat Iowa.

Am I misremembering or is Ohio State down 35-0 against Iowa…?

The score ended at 35-7 with a touchdown in the garage by this kid from Columbus who said he wouldn't have even gone to Ohio State if they had offered him (which they didn't) and got a score in the make -A-Wish style in the shoe. But aside from the 7 blatant dink points late in the 4th, Iowa was never even close to scoring. 35-0??? Ohio State looked sluggish? Felt like a LOSS? Write the slow line if you want. Let's say it was 7-0 at halftime. But the idea that a 35-7 win over a ranked team that has its biggest game so far this season next week would feel like a loss shows how far ESPN has fallen. And it shows how in league they are with the SEC. Three top-10 losses for the SEC alone, but it was Ohio State that should feel like they lost. If Alabama beat Vanderbilt 35-7, I guarantee you the headline would be how the Tide handled their business in the conference. But they lost to an unranked team that lost to Georgia State earlier in the year, and I wonder how SEC-ESPN will implement that in the zone? Maybe a road loss in the SEC is better than a home win in the Big 10?

Fuck her. Fuck them all. This Ohio State team is such a vehicle that we will beat ESPN, the SEC, Michigan and anyone else that stands in our way this year. “Feels like a loss.” Let me know if we all lose, you clowns.
