In the final, which will be played in a best-of-five format, New York leads the series 2-1 against the Lynx after a thrilling Game 3. In a breathtaking moment, Sabrina Ionescu hit a game-winning 3-pointer with just one second left on the clock, a shot that will remain unforgettable in WNBA history and gave the Liberty the decisive lead they needed to win securing a decisive 80-77 victory in front of the Lynx home crowd at Target Center. Breanna Stewart shone again with 30 points and 11 rebounds for the Liberty, laying the foundation for the team's success.

Now the Liberty are just one game away from the title, which will be played in Minnesota on Friday. However, the Lynx showed with their strong performance in Game 3 that they are not to be underestimated. They have the potential to pull off an upset and extend the series to five games.
