A federal indictment accuses former Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries of sex trafficking and interstate prostitution. The indictment alleges that Jeffries, along with an employee and his romantic partner, “used coercive, fraudulent and deceptive tactics” to entice men to attend “sex events.” His attorney did not respond to NBC's request for comment, but said after Jeffries' release on bail, “We'll deal with this in court, not out here,” NBC News' Stephanie Gosk reports.
