Hawley Reveals NEW Whistleblower Allegations: Secret Service Hides the Truth About Trump's Protection

U.S. Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) sent letters to both Acting Director of the U.S. Secret Service Ronald Rowe and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Inspector General Joseph Cuffari outlining a new whistleblower claim, that the Secret Service leadership is denying government auditors access to certain events in order to hide the fact that former President Trump is not receiving the highest level of protection.

Senator Hawley wrote to Acting Director Rowe and said, “You have, of course, publicly stated that former President Trump receives 'the highest level of intelligence protection' and that 'he gets everything.'” This new whistleblower information is disturbingly contradictory to your public statements .” The senator also asked Rowe and his office questions to which he asked for quick answers.

“Following new whistleblower allegations to my office, Secret Service Headquarters has denied several of your investigators access to recent events in the Trump campaign.” wrote Senator Hawley to IG Cuffari. “The Secret Service whistleblower claims the denial was intended to obscure the fact that the former president does not receive a consistent level of protection money for all of his engagements. (…) You should be aware of these allegations, which indicate that the Secret Service is actually not cooperating with your investigators and is instead painting a false picture.”
