He already owns a Beverly Hills fixer-upper, which you may have seen on the last season of Million Dollar Listing in Los Angeles. Now the word on the street is that Josh Flagg has decided to bolster his real estate portfolio with another residence at 90210, a renovated modernist building in the upscale Trousdale Estates neighborhood.

As first reported by TMZthe real estate agent and reality TV celebrity, is currently under contract to purchase singer-songwriter Charlie Puth's mid-1960s homes for an undisclosed amount in an off-market deal. After first hitting the market late last year with an asking price of nearly $17 million, records show the home suffered several significant price cuts before landing at its current asking price of $11 million. The recently married, Grammy-nominated musician originally purchased the home nearly seven years ago, in the winter of 2017, for around $9 million.

Built and designed by noted architect Rex Lotery, the property is widely known as “The de Cordova House” after its previous owners, Freddie de Cordova, a longtime producer of The Tonight Show when it was hosted by Johnny Carson and his celebrity wife Janet. The split-level property has four bedrooms and five bathrooms in 4,800 square feet of living space and features terrazzo-clad rooms that open to courtyards that offer views of the canyon and city lights.

The stone, glass and sequoia building sits on a ridge in the middle of a half-acre property and is hidden behind gates and tall hedges. In front of him is a spacious parking lot with space for up to nine vehicles. Double front doors open into an entry foyer that features a striking floating staircase and steps leading to a high-ceilinged living room equipped with built-in shelving and glass walls.

Upstairs, the master suite features a spa-inspired bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, a steam shower, and a sauna, while the landscaped area features a pool, fire pit, and multiple spots ideal for relaxing outdoor entertaining.

In addition to his soon-to-be former home in Beverly Hills, Puth also maintains properties in Studio City and Santa Barbara. As for Flagg, he still owns the aforementioned 7,100-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion, which he purchased sight-unseen for $9.2 million in spring 2022, as well as an apartment on Miami Beach's exclusive North Bay Road.
