Kanye West's ex-assistant is suing him for allegedly drugging and raping her at the Diddy party

Last month, Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. On Friday (October 11), influencer Lauren Pisciotta filed a lawsuit against Kanye West, claiming he drugged and raped her at one of Diddy's parties.

Accordingly Daily Mail Pisciotta, who received the lawsuit, worked as West's assistant in 2021 and 2022. She sued the rapper in June for sexual harassment and stalking, and West denied the claims without filing a defense.

In the new lawsuit, Pisciotta alleges that West drugged and raped her years before she became his assistant. She met West when he invited her client, a musician, to a studio session and party he was hosting with Combs. At the event, West announced that everyone had to drink if they wanted to stay and handed Pisciotta a drink. After a few sips, she “suddenly felt disoriented and … began to enter an altered and severely impaired state,” the lawsuit says.

“She felt less in control of her body and speech, and therefore her memories of the night escaped her,” it continued. The next day she felt “ashamed and embarrassed” because she couldn't remember the night, and her musician client refused to talk about what happened.

Years later, Pisciotta allegedly discovered why her client was “too traumatized and distraught to talk about that night.” West revealed he raped her when his ex-wife made a comment shortly before he was fired in November 2022 that he and Pisciotta had had an affair while he was married. Pisciotta, believing she had been drugged by a studio assistant, wanted to text West's ex-wife (probably Kim Kardashian) to clear things up. But West allegedly told her, “We dated for a bit once,” and then “he immediately remembered the time he was referring to … when he 'befriended' (Pisciotta) after she was drugged.” When she said she had no memory of that night, West reportedly laughed, said, “Women like to say they don't remember,” and changed the subject.

Elsewhere in the lawsuit, Pisciotta calls West “predatory, aggressive, compulsive, vulgar, perverted and shockingly calculating” as well as a “deliberate and sadistic groomer” who used his fame and position to feed his “insatiable sexual gratification” and “ “Animal desires” that have “small limits.”

West allegedly had sex with employees and a “rotating guest list” at the Yeezy offices, and he had a “fuck” for wanting to have sex with the mothers of his sexual targets. He also allegedly used his connections to companies like Adidas and Gap to obtain work visas to smuggle women into the United States for sex by giving them an obscure job title and forcing them to sign nondisclosure agreements. He often “offered” the women as “gifts” to his friends and colleagues. Pisciotta claims his sex parties take place at hotels such as the Nobu Ryokan Malibu Hotel, the Beverly Hills Waldorf Astoria and the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California.
