Instead of just “Lust for Life,” it seems Lana Del Rey has found the love of life with Jeremy Dufrene. Del Rey and the Louisiana-based airboat captain were married Thursday in Des Allemandes, Louisiana, according to reports Daily Mail. In photos obtained by the outlet, Del Rey is seen wearing a white dress and being walked down the aisle by her father, Robert Grant, with a bouquet of flowers in hand.

Little is known about Dufrene except that the 39-year-old is the captain of Arthur's Air Boat Tours, which offers wildlife tours in the swamps and marshes just outside New Orleans. Del Rey and Dufrene reportedly tied the knot at the public bayou where he works.

In August, rumors began circulating that Del Rey had found love with Dufrene. Fans concluded that the couple had met back in 2019 when Del Rey posted a Facebook album of her and her friends doing one of Dufrene's tours. In May, she referred to Dufrene as “my husband” in an Instagram post.

The couple were seen holding hands both backstage at the Leeds Festival in the UK, where Del Rey headlined this summer, and at a wedding in New York.

Del Rey never officially announced an engagement. People confirmed that the couple received a marriage license in Louisiana on September 23rd. Del Rey has had two previously confirmed engagements, first to musician Clayton Johnson in 2020 and later to music manager Evan Winiker.
