LAS VEGAS – Cup teams prepare for their Round of 16 playoff race on Saturday as the Xfinity Series begins its Round of 16 playoffs.

The Cup teams will practice and qualify on Saturday before the Xfinity Series playoff race.

Kyle Larson enters the weekend as the Cup Series points leader. William Byron holds the final transfer spot. Those below the cutline are Ryan Blaney (-4 points), Denny Hamlin (-8), Chase Elliott (-9) and Joey Logano (-11).

Justin Allgaier enters the Xfinity race as the leader in the playoff standings. Chandler Smith is the final transfer position. Below the cutline are Sam Mayer (-8), Jesse Love (-12), AJ Allmendinger (-18) and Sammy Smith (-19).

Weekend weather at Las Vegas Motor Speedway
