Much of the Orange Line is closed this week

Planned service disruptions on a section of the Orange Line will be in effect throughout the week, the MBTA reminded riders Monday.

From October 28th to November 1st, shuttle buses will replace service between Oak Grove and North Station.

During the disruption, the Haverhill Line commuter rail will run free between Oak Grove and North Station.

In addition to the Orange Line, the MBTA recently announced upcoming service changes on the Red, Green, Franklin, Fitchburg and Lowell lines.
