Oasis Teases '25 Live Tour Announcement With Billboard Campaign

Oasis is preparing for another big announcement.

On Saturday (September 28), the recently reunited Britpop shared images on social media of large adverts on buildings featuring a black and white photo of brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher and a teaser scheduled for early Monday morning (September 30) of Oasis' Live '25 international tour.

“Be careful what you wish for,” the billboard campaign reads, along with the words “Monday, 8 a.m. ET” and on the British group’s oasisinet.com website.

It was unclear at press time which cities the billboards were in, but fans were eagle-eyed about the post Comments section on X (formerly Twitter) speculated that two of the buildings were in Toronto and Chicago.

Earlier this month, Oasis images appeared on billboards in the US, apparently announcing US dates. The electronic messages spotted in New York's Times Square, which appeared to be sponsored by Amazon Music, included the company's logo followed by a photo of the Gallaghers, along with the message: “If we have to put up a billboard to get these guys to join us.” bring.” Come to the States, here it is.

Both teasers follow the announcement of Oasis' reunion tour at the end of August. The long-time feuding Gallagher brothers will head to multiple dates across the British Isles in 2025, including Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Dublin, for their “only shows in Europe next year”.

Liam and Noel have also promised to pursue longer international careers in the near future. “There are plans to broadcast OASIS LIVE '25 to other continents outside of Europe later next year,” a statement said.

Oasis split in 2009 after years of chart success and British tabloid headlines linked to the Gallagher siblings' bitter rivalry. The main songwriter's older brother Noel left the band after a backstage argument with Liam at a show near Paris this year. The brothers have not performed live since, although they often play Oasis songs in their solo performances and with their side bands, and continued to insult each other online and in the press until the reunion was announced.

In early September, Liam hinted at the possibility of new music from Oasis. After receiving a question about an upcoming album from a fan on : “It’s in the bag, buddy – in the air.” And a word to describe the supposed album? “TURDOS,” he added.
