Preparations for Prince William's reign begin after King Charles' shocking announcement

King Charles III's health crisis has reportedly forced the company to make preparations for the future monarch.

The 75-year-old King puts on a brave face and is doing excellently in his fight against cancer. He's excited and ready for his upcoming tour to Australia, which starts in less than two weeks.

However, the royals and their advisers have reportedly started thinking about the future of the monarchy. Preparations for the change of government have reportedly begun since February 5, 2024, the day King Charles announced to the world that he had cancer.

The shocking announcement sparked concerns about the British throne and fueled speculation about the move.

Medical teams are making every effort to treat the King, who is not slowing down and is “doing well” during treatment.

On the other hand, the planning and positioning for King William V's reign began necessarily and behind the scenes, as reported by Daily Beast.

King Charles' family has reportedly been told things are serious. Three days later, Prince Harry had to fly to Britain, and so the king agreed to meet him.

Heir to the throne William also took action and appointed a new private secretary, Ian Patrick, just a few days after the news. Patrick is an experienced former diplomat who worked for the Foreign Office for eight years.

The move fueled speculation that William would take on a larger, more global role. However, William's plans were brutally disrupted by his own wife's cancer diagnosis, which forced him to withdraw from public life and international travel for several months.

Now William is back as Princess Kate is cancer free. The future king is expected to travel to South Africa for the Earthshot Awards in early November, which could be a star-studded affair.

Meanwhile, the monarch has spent the last few weeks gathering and conserving his strength for the highly anticipated tour of Australia.
