Roy scores in his 300th NHL game, giving Vegas a 4-3 win over the Blues

Shea Theodore: Theodore scored his first goal of the season and set up Roy's game-winning goal.

Ivan Barbashev: Barbashev scored his third goal in two games and set up Eichel's goal.

Mark Stone: Stone assisted on both Eichel and Barbashev's goals.

Cole Schwindt: Schwindt scored his first NHL point in his VGK debut with an assist on Theodore's goal.

KNIGHT'S VGK STATS
Barbashev (3G, 3A in 2 GP) and Eichel (1G, 5A in 2 GP) each started their season with back-to-back multi-point games. The only other Golden Knights player to achieve this is Mark Stone (3 GP in the 2019-20 season and 2 GP in the 2020-21 season).

Eichel (1G, 5A) and Barbashev (3G, 3A) are the fifth group of teammates in the last 25 years to each score at least six points in their team's first two games. The others: Anze Kopitar and Drew Doughty in 2021-22 (with LAK), Patrick Kane and Ryan Hartman in 2017-18 (with CHI), Alex Ovechkin and Evgeny Kuznetsov in 2017-18 (with WSH), and Owen Nolan and Jeff Friesen in 1999-00 (with SJS).

The Golden Knights won consecutive games and started a season for the sixth time in franchise history. Vegas' best start to a season was a seven-game winning streak to open the season at the start of the 2023-24 season.
