Stree 2 on OTT: Here's how to watch the film on the streaming platform

After doing phenomenal business at the box office Street 2 is now available on OTT. So if you missed Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor's horror comedy in the cinema, you can now enjoy the film from the comfort of your home.

The horror comedy directed by Amar Kaushik is a sequel to the 2018 hit film. Apart from Rao and Shraddha, the film also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana.

Released on August 15, the film made money from the start and broke several box office records.


The horror comedy can now be seen on Amazon Prime Video. However, there is a catch here.

The film is available on the streaming platform for rental at Rs 349.

According to the streaming platform's rules, once you start watching the rented movie, you have 48 hours to finish watching it.

If reports are to be believed, the film will be available on the streaming platform from the second week of October at no extra charge. There is no official confirmation from the makers about the OTT release date yet.

Street 2 made history at the box office. The horror-comedy is one of the first single Hindi films to gross Rs 600 crore (Rs 6 billion) at the domestic box office.

The film has surpassed blockbusters like Shah Rukh Khan's jawan, Ranbir Kapoor's animaland Sunny Deol's Gadar 2 among other films.

The horror-comedy is in its seventh week of release and is still garnering decent ratings.

According to Taran Adarsh ​​​​the film earned this much in seven weeks:

Week 1: ₹ 307.80 cr (includes previews on Wednesday; full release on Thursday)

Week 6: ₹19.72 cr


Total: ₹609.62 cr
