In the cattle country of Montana, wild couple Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) and Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) get back to work on the second part of the fifth season of “Yellowstone” on November 10th, without patriarch John Dutton (Kevin Costner).

Is there a new “lioness”? What happened to “Special Ops”?

When CIA chief Kaitlyn Meade (Kidman) and top colleague Joe McNamara (Saldana) are forced to find a new Lioness agent to infiltrate a Mexican cartel family in season 2 of “Lioness”: Army Captain Josephina “Josie” Carillo (Genesis Rodriguez). is selected for the deadly task.

The attack helicopter pilot learns how to become a ground soldier with the help of grizzled elite fighters, including old soldier Cody, played by an impressively muscular Sheridan. Marine Cruz Manuelos (Laysla De Oliveira), the terrorist agent from last year's “Special Ops: Lioness,” also shows up to the fight to show support for Lioness.

Paramount Studios has no explanation as to why Special Ops was dropped from the official title. These things just happen. But the often not-so-secret CIA wars will continue just across the U.S.-Mexico border, while Joe must juggle country-saving battles and family conflicts at home.

Thornton, who appeared in the “Yellowstone” prequel “1883,” now plays the title character Tommy Norris, an oil executive facing corporate crises, and his ex-wife Angela (Ali Larter). The new series is an adaptation of co-creator Christian Wallace's 2019 podcast “Boomtown” and stars Jon Hamm as the grandly named oil industry titan Monty Miller, who teams up with wise-cracking consultant Cami (Demi Moore), the mastermind behind the deal. is married. Andy Garcia plays powerful businessman Galino and Michael Peña plays a seasoned bully.

Who will run the Yellowstone Ranch now that Kevin Costner is gone?

What's going on with Michelle Pfeiffer on “The Madison”?

The “Yellowstone” franchise loses an Oscar winner in Costner but gains a three-time nominee in Michelle Pfeiffer, who stars in and executive produces the “Yellowstone” spinoff “The Madison.”

Based on “1883” and “1923,” the series follows New York widow Stacy Clyburn (Pfeiffer), who trades Madison Avenue for the Madison River Valley in central Montana. The exact connection to the Dutton clan is unclear. “Lost” star Matthew Fox will play an outdoor bachelor alongside “Suits” star Patrick J. Adams. “The Madison” is set to premiere on Paramount+ in 2025.

Will Sylvester Stallone's 'Tulsa King' Rock in Season 3?

Stallone's transplanted New Yorker Dwight Manfredi is still trying to keep his crime business alive in Oklahoma, despite the violent competitors he faced in Season 2 of “Tulsa King.” Stallone, an executive producer, confirmed on his Instagram page in September that “we are working on the third season” of the show. In the likely event that Manfredi survives what's sure to be an explosive Season 2 finale, we'll find out when the next Oklahoma chapter arrives in 2025.
