The 49ers are shorthanded at receiver and will “look at everything”

Brandon Aiyuk is out this year with a torn ACL and ACL. Deebo Samuel was hospitalized with pneumonia. Jauan Jennings missed Sunday's loss to the Chiefs with a hip injury.

Therefore, the 49ers will look for possible help at receiver.

“Well, it makes you look at everything,” coach Kyle Shanahan told reporters Monday. “We’re still trying to investigate everything. Two big-name receivers were traded last week, Davante Adams and Amari Cooper. Others could be available, like DeAndre Hopkins and Mike Williams.

Whatever the case, the 49ers have had a bad time this year. Between that and the blown lead against weaker teams, they may not have to worry about facing the Chiefs in February.
