The Guardians' José Ramírez was named a finalist for MLB's Hank Aaron Award in the American League

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Guardians slugger José Ramírez joined an elite group of hitters on Monday when he was named a finalist for the 2024 Hank Aaron Award in the American League, according to Major League Baseball

The award “recognizes the most outstanding offensive player of the regular season” in both the American and National Leagues. This season marks the 50th anniversary of Aaron's record-breaking 715th home run and the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Hank Aaron Award.
