CHAPEL HILL, NC – The North Carolina baseball team is poised to host its annual Blue-Navy Fall World Series this week. The first game will take place on Tuesday, October 15th at 2:30 p.m. at Boshamer Stadium.

Entry to all games is free and open to the public.

In the four-game series, Team Blue will compete under the leadership of Jackson Van De Brakeagainst Team Navy, led by Alex Madera. The duo have designed their own squads and will set the lineups themselves.

Gates open one hour before first pitch for each game. Spectator parking is available on the Rams Head Deck for $1.75 per hour.

All four games are played regardless of the outcome. There will be seven innings in total.

Coach Forbes and his team have given players additional incentives to win their games. Each victory brings a new reward:
0 wins – nothing
1 win – nothing
2 wins – team dinner
3 Wins – Special team-issued apparel item
4 wins – pair of Jordans
