Volumes rise in updated college surveys

Tennessee football rose two spots in the US LBM Coaches Poll and four spots in the AP Top 25 after defeating Alabama 24-17 in Week 8 of the 2024 season.

The Vols are now ranked No. 7 in the AP Poll and No. 8 in the Coaches Poll, both released Sunday.

Tennessee (6-1, 3-1 SEC) begins an open week. The Vols will play Kentucky (3-4, 1-4) on Saturday, November 2nd at Neyland Stadium.
