In the video clip, stand-up comedian and actress Katt Williams was seen roasting the deceased radio Host.

One person commented: “Please be respectful and wait at least until tomorrow to start posting the clip of Katt Williams roasting her.” RIP Wanda.”

The comment was in reference to the interview video clip that resurfaced on social media after Smith's death.

Wanda Smith, a comedian and radio host, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2024. Smith was a popular icon of the US entertainment industry and had played prominent roles in several films. She was best known for her appearance in Frank and Wanda in the Morning.

Several fans and celebrities sent messages mourning the death of former Atlanta V-103 radio host.

Comedian Loni Love tweeted on X expressing her sadness at the news.

“I am saddened to hear of the passing of comedian and radio host Wanda Smith. She was a fixture in the Atlanta area and we did comedy together. She was the ultimate entertainer. Quiet now, sister. Heartfelt condolences to the Smith family,” she wrote.

Other fans of Wanda Smith also expressed their sadness over Smith's death.

One person wrote: “Wowwww I just got some sad news. Not Wanda Smith. There are so many good things I remember about her. Funny, we all loved her. She always said I was one of her top 10 favorite singers. Man, that.” It breaks my heart.
