Warriors PG Steph Curry & F Draymond Green injury update vs. Jazz

The Utah Jazz will look for their first win of the season on Friday night when they host the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors could be without some key contributors ahead of the contest.

Steph Curry is listed as questionable with a right hip contusion, while Draymond Green is listed as questionable with a left knee contusion. It's also questionable whether De'Anthony Melton has a bruised chest.

Cury was a surprise addition to the report on Thursday. In the Warriors' season opener, Curry scored 17 points in a 139-104 win over the Portland Trail Blazers. Green was also involved in the game, spending 20 minutes en route to an eight-point, six-rebound game.

Although the Memphis Grizzlies were without Jarren Jackson Jr., the Jazz were unable to take advantage of their home opener and lost 126-124. Lauri Markkanen led all scorers with 35 points on 9 of 15 from the field. If

Isaiah Collier and Johnny Juzang were missing from the Jazz. It was announced Thursday that Collier will be able to resume on-court activities and will be reevaluated in 10 days. As for Juzang, there is no timetable for how long he will be out.

Given the uncertainty over whether the Warriors' best players can keep up, the Jazz enter the contest as just 2.5 point underdogs. The meeting point is at 7:30 p.m. MT at the Delta Center.
