SATURDAY GROUP RUN: Meeting at West Seattle Runner (2743 California SW; WSB sponsor) at 8 a.m. for the regular Saturday morning run.

LOOK AT THE HUSKIES: The bridge (California/Graham) opens early if you want to watch at 9am UW Iowa Game.

Heavily meditated: 9 a.m Move2Center (3618 SW Alaska), free community meditation – RSVP here.

VACCINATION CLINIC: School clinic but community welcome – flu and COVID shots available, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m Madison Middle School (3429 45th SW).

WEST SEATTLE SKI EXCHANGE, DAY 1: We're told it's the biggest ski swap ever, with twice as many items – so get shopping and get ready for snow season with great deals! 10am-5pm at West Seattle's VFW Hall (3601 SW Alaska), presented by Mountain to Sound Outfitters.

DELRIDGE FARMERS MARKET: West Seattle currently has TWO farmers markets every weekend! Start your market shopping with this – your weekly Saturday opportunity to purchase fresh produce from growers and manufacturers – from 10am to 2pm. The market's fourth season features produce, plants, spices, prepared foods and more and runs weekly through the end of October! (9421 18. SW; WSB sponsor)

GO TO WELL-BEING: You are cordially invited to take a walk with others Lincoln Park (Meeting point 47th/Fauntleroy), 10 a.m.

FREE WRITING GROUP: 10:30 a.m. – “This is a free, weekly, in-person active writing group based on the Amherst Writers and Artists method. It is a safe, criticism-free space. Authors of all levels, ages 16 and up, are welcome.” Our calendar entry includes location and RSVP information.
